For matters requiring immediate medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For all other urgent matters, call 773-481-1818, and leave a message in Voice Mailbox #1. Follow the instructions in my voice mailbox so that I will be paged and I will return your call within one hour.
For nonurgent matters , messages may be left at 773-481-1818, in Voice Mailbox #3. Someone will get back to you by the next business day.
Refills
For all prescription refills, leave a message at 773-481-1818, Voice Mailbox #2. Refills will be handled on the next business day. If there are any changes in the efficacy or side-effect profile of the prescription, please let me know.
